On Saturday, February 15th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sharyn McCrumb will be presenting a program on the Ballad novels at the Giles County Museum, 208 N. Main Street, Pearisburg, Virginia, 24134. 

    The event, which is free and open to the public, is hosted by the George Pearis Chapter of the DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution.) A booksigning will follow the program.
